Peter Erin serves as a Vice President on the Financial Strategies team at Interchange Capital Partners. Before joining Interchange, Peter worked at Innovation Works, where he led early-stage investments, served as a board observer, and focused on helping portfolio companies raise capital.

Previously, Peter held roles at MSCI, Broadridge, and Mellon, where he built expertise in financial analysis, equity portfolio management and product strategy. His career began at Wilshire, where he advised institutional clients on asset allocation and manager selection.

Peter graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor in Math & Economics and is a CFA charterholder.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Monica, and daughter, Rory. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, gardening and golf.
